Data Analyst (Portuguese & English)

Essential functions

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and assess the quality of annotated data.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on evaluation data.

• Analyze and improve data workflows to enhance efficiency.

• Utilize cultural and linguistic expertise to evaluate responses against predefined guidelines.

• Work independently to identify and implement business process solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy.

• Leverage data visualization tools and scripting languages to generate insights.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

✅ Fluency in Portuguese, with strong grammar and proofreading skills.
✅ Excellent English reading comprehension and writing abilities.
✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing workflows.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
✅ Experience in content review, quality assessment, or a similar environment (testing experience is a plus).
✅ SQL proficiency for querying large datasets.
✅ Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data processing and automation.
✅ Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools to create impactful reports and dashboards.
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
