Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description :-

. Overall 6+ Years of Experience in Quality Engineering is must have.
.Experience: 3+ years in automation testing with JavaScript/TypeScript.

· Frameworks: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Cypress/Playwright frameworks.

· API Automation: Proficient in API automation using JavaScript/TypeScript (Axios, Jest, etc.).

· CI/CD: Deep understanding of the CI/CD process, ability to create and customize pipelines.

· Testing Practices:

· - Familiarity with component/unit testing and experience in collecting code coverage using SonarQube

· - Experience with test automation reporting tools and frameworks to provide clear insights into test results

· - Ability to analyze requirements and specifications, and translate them into effective test scenarios

· - Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD)

· - Proficient in designing and implementing effective testing strategies

· Manual Testing: candidate should be ready to do 30% of manual testing.

· Postman: Working experience with Postman (imports, collections, variables, environments).

· Database Skills: Ability to work with databases, with knowledge of SQL.

· Communication Skills: Decent English language skills and strong soft skills. Given the distributed nature of the team across multiple locations and time zones, effective communication is crucial.

· Client Interaction: Experience working directly with the client and within the client’s team.

Nice to have requirements to the candidate

· Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn a new domain area, work with fragmented knowledge, ask insightful questions, and report findings and ideas.

· Web Technologies: Deep understanding of web technologies and tools for web testing automation.

· AWS Knowledge: Familiarity with key AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, EMR) would be highly beneficial.
