Data Engineer
We are looking for a Data Engineer to join us and to improve the process of data governance and data quality.
Essential functions
- Participate in design and development of Big Data analytical applications from product vision to implementation.
- Design, support and continuous enhancement of project code base, continuous integration pipeline, etc.
- Investigation and resolution of performance and stability issues in production systems
- Work inside the team of software and DevOps engineers
- Collaboration with global distributed team, corporate and customer’s IT services
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering with exceptional skills in Python
- Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets and relational databases
- Hands on experience with data processing technologies, ETL processes and feature engineering
- A track record of developing scalable pipelines and delivering data promptly in a collaborative team environment
- Experience in GCP or Azure cloud services
- Good mentoring and coaching skills
- Good client facing skills
Would be a plus
- Experience with Snowflake
- Java knowledge
