Business Analyst/Product Owner

Essential functions

• Manage and coordinate business analysis efforts for complex projects and product initiatives

• Define product roadmaps, feature sets, and release plans in collaboration with stakeholders

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams

• Conduct business analysis and user research to inform product decisions and improvements

• Estimate development efforts at a high level

• Decompose, plan large tasks or even whole initiatives

• Conduct and facilitate demos and presentations to achieve business needs

• Achieve mastery in the foundational and specialized tech stacks and technologies in the field

• Identify opportunities and communicate them to the leadership

• Support upsale activities under supervision, help create required artifacts and presentations

• Performs other related duties, assigned by the Employer and complied with the qualifications of the Employee, if it is required

Qualifications

• Ability to develop an approach for requirements management and facilitate implementation

• Competent knowledge and experience with system integration and enterprise architecture

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work within a cross-functional team

• Ability to set up and facilitate software development processes (if required by the project)

• Expertise in system integration, data modeling, and API development

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex system issues

• Experienced in stakeholders management to keep them engaged, responsive and proactive in working toward deliverable goals and objectives

Would be a plus

• Hands-on Experience with  ML/AI projects
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
