Business Analyst with French
At Grid Dynamics, we are looking for a French-speaking Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring clear documentation of requirements and effective communication with stakeholders. Essential functions
Methodically document software needs and architectural blueprints to ensure clarity and precision.
Create narratives that engage engineering teams and stakeholders while aligning with project goals.
Document business requirements meticulously, weaving narratives that resonate with strategic objectives.
Navigate negotiations with clients and vendors skilfully to sculpt project specifics that meet organizational objectives.
Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of technology projects, demonstrating steadfast leadership and ensuring project success across different scales.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in business analysis.
Proficiency in French (both written and spoken).
Proficient in articulating software requirements and architectures with precision.
Ability to communicate complex software requirements effectively to diverse audiences.
Experienced in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements throughout their lifecycle.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for negotiation with customers and external vendors.
Strong analytical capabilities to provide valuable insights to top management.
Would be a plus
Strong data analysis skills using tools like SQL, and data visualization software for informed decision-making.
Demonstrated leadership in managing technology projects of varying scales.
