Essential functions

• Dashboard Management and Maintenance: Update and maintain comprehensive dashboards to provide scalable insights, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.

• Proactively address and solve challenges related to evolving data infrastructure and metric alignment.

• Optimize dashboard performance for efficient data visualization and analysis.

• Reporting and Trend Analysis: Develop and deliver insightful monthly reports and daily newsletters, highlighting key product metrics and trends.

• Analyze and forecast trends in engagement, performance, and reliability metrics, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

• Create and maintain automated reporting systems to streamline data delivery.

• Metric Monitoring and Review: Conduct daily reviews of critical metric reports, focusing on engagement, performance, and reliability.

• Identify anomalies and potential issues, providing timely alerts and detailed analysis.

• Implement proactive monitoring strategies to ensure data integrity and system stability.

• Experiment Analysis: Provide comprehensive reports on product experiments related to engagement features and performance improvements.

• Utilize statistical methods to evaluate experiment results and draw meaningful conclusions.

• Clearly communicate the findings of A/B and multivariate testing.

• Data Science Best Practices: Develop and implement frameworks that streamline data science best practices across the organization.

• Promote data-driven decision-making and foster a culture of data literacy.

• Mentor junior analysts and guide analytical methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in a product-focused environment.

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker (Looker Studio), or similar.

• Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.

• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting.

• Experience with Cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform(GCP), AWS, or Azure.

• Experience with data warehousing solutions.

• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance.
