HR Operations Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Operations Specialist to support our HR team in the Chisinau office. This is a great opportunity for someone to boost their HR career and gain more experience in a dynamic, international environment.

Essential functions

Compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations: 

  • Assist in ensuring all HR practices align with Moldovan labor laws and regulatory requirements.

Employee Documentation Management:

  • Oversee personal documentation collection for employees based in the Chisinau office.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in digital and physical formats.

Payroll and Employee Data Support:

  • Facilitate the payroll process by collecting essential data, such as time offs, overtimes, and tracking changes in employee conditions.

Employee Assistance:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding basic HR-related queries and concerns.

Policy Implementation:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement company policies and procedures effectively.

Benefits and Background Checks:

  • Support the administration of benefits, including private medical packages.

  • Assist with conducting background checks in compliance with company policy.

Data Security and Confidentiality:

  • Ensure employee information is handled securely and confidentially, adhering strictly to GDPR and other data protection laws.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably in Human Resources, Law, Accounting, Finance, or related areas) or current enrollment in similar studies.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR administration or a related role.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of fundamental HR processes and solid familiarity with Moldovan labor law and regulatory requirements.

  • Skills:

    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

    • Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all responsibilities.

    • Proficiency in Romanian, Russian, and English, both written and spoken.

  • Personal Attributes:

    • A proactive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the HR operations field.

    • A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the team in daily operations and broader initiatives.
