Senior System Analyst
Grid Dynamics, a global software services company driving enterprise-level digital transformation solutions for Fortune 1000 corporations, is looking for a Senior System Analyst.
Essential functions
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system functionality.
Evaluate and enhance financial applications, ensuring data accuracy.
Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system upgrades.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security standards.
Assist in user training and documentation.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
Strong ability to convert Waterfall BRDs into Agile user stories and sprint backlogs.
Proactive mindset with leadership capabilities and team collaboration skills.
Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
Would be a plus
A proven financial domain is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership in managing technology projects of varying scales.
