AI Architect
Are you passionate about designing and optimizing AI-driven solutions? We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to help shape the future of enterprise generative AI by developing scalable, efficient, and innovative AI frameworks.
As an AI Architect (4–6+ years of experience in NLP, Computer Vision, and LLMs), you will play a critical role in designing, building, and fine-tuning NLP models and LLM agents to address complex business challenges. You will work on cutting-edge technologies, ensuring seamless AI integration and optimization for real-world applications.
Essential functions
Model & Agent Design: Develop NLP solutions and LLM agents, focusing on user experience, latency, failover mechanisms, and functionality.
Hands-on Development: Write, test, and maintain clean, scalable code for AI models and agents, primarily using Python.
Multi-modal & Multi-agent Systems: Build high-quality AI applications and frameworks incorporating text, image, video, and voice capabilities.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize LLM agents, implementing model explainability, handling drift, and ensuring robustness.
Research & Implementation: Stay ahead of the latest advancements in AI, translating research into practical applications.
Debugging & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve model inaccuracies, system integration issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Continuous Learning: Adapt quickly to evolving AI trends, including AI orchestration, speculative decoding, and streaming processing.
Qualifications
Programming Languages: Python
Cloud Platforms: Azure
Frameworks & Databases: Experience with vector databases (Milvus, Qdrant, ChromaDB) or vector storage in CosmosDB/MongoDB
AI Tooling & Observability: AI orchestration, AI evaluation, observability tools, LLM guardrails strategy, and tools like Arize
Experience: Proven track record in building, evaluating, and monitoring ML, CV, and LLM-based platforms
