Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking to strengthen our recruitment team with a proactive and results-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition specialist who easily connects with people and has a passion for finding top talent. Essential functions
Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions.
Actively search for candidates using various sources and recruitment strategies.
Provide regular updates to the recruitment lead and hiring manager about recruitment pipelines, market capacity, candidate availability, salary ranges, etc.
Create job descriptions, manage job posts, and requisitions in our ATS.
Collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers to streamline the hiring process.
Work closely with the staffing team to identify hiring priorities and adjust recruitment efforts accordingly.
Participate in marketing activities (e.g., meetups, workshops, conferences), promote Grid Dynamics in the market and on social media, and build a pool of warm candidates from events.
Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely updates in recruitment tools.
Identify issues or bottlenecks in the recruitment process, create improvement action plans, and implement them.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience as a technical recruiter in local and international IT markets.
Proven track record of hiring software engineers, QA engineers, DevOps, and Big Data engineers at middle and senior levels.
A growing network and visible activity on LinkedIn.
Knowledge of local market specifics, competitors, salaries, and market trends.
High level of self-motivation and proactivity.
Flexibility and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to dedicate time to self-education.
Experience with ATS, recruitment tools, and basic analytics.
Fluent English is a must.
