Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Essential functions

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions.

• Actively search for candidates using various sources and recruitment strategies.

• Provide regular updates to the recruitment lead and hiring manager about recruitment pipelines, market capacity, candidate availability, salary ranges, etc.

• Create job descriptions, manage job posts, and requisitions in our ATS.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers to streamline the hiring process.

• Work closely with the staffing team to identify hiring priorities and adjust recruitment efforts accordingly.

• Participate in marketing activities (e.g., meetups, workshops, conferences), promote Grid Dynamics in the market and on social media, and build a pool of warm candidates from events.

• Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely updates in recruitment tools.

• Identify issues or bottlenecks in the recruitment process, create improvement action plans, and implement them.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a technical recruiter in local and international IT markets.

• Proven track record of hiring software engineers, QA engineers, DevOps, and Big Data engineers at middle and senior levels.

• A growing network and visible activity on LinkedIn.

• Knowledge of local market specifics, competitors, salaries, and market trends.

• High level of self-motivation and proactivity.

• Flexibility and multitasking abilities.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to dedicate time to self-education.

• Experience with ATS, recruitment tools, and basic analytics.

• Fluent English is a must.
