You will be a part of the team responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions for our client, including reporting and portal capabilities.
The client is the largest Credit card processor in the world. It invented electronic payment-clearing credit card transactions It processes 65000 credit card transactions every second of every day 365 days a year It is a massive Digital Products company with very large Data and Analytics functions.
Essential functions
- Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions according to client requirements, including portal configurations.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Dynamics 365 and other reporting tools like Power BI.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 issues.
- Assist in the design and development of integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
- Develop, deploy, and manage SSIS packages.
- Conduct system testing and user training.
- Document system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Work with project teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 updates and features.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience within the CRM industry.
- Designing and customizing web pages, forms, and components within the Power Pages environment.
- Use the Liquid markup language to extend the functionality of your Power Pages.
- Ensuring secure access control by defining roles, permissions, and authentication methods.
- Integrating Power Pages with other Power Platform services.
- Handson experience in development and support of CRM applications.
- Experience extending Dynamics CRM workflows using .Net components.
- Experience in implementing CRM integrations to other systems using web services.
- Very Strong in Portal Liquid templated, JavaScript and .Net skills.
- Experience with C#, Web Services and the CRM SDK is preferred.
Would be a plus
- Experience in implementing Dynamics Power pages portal
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
