Senior Data Analyst

Essential functions

• Serve as an analytical partner to product teams, driving a data-driven approach to product development through robust analysis and insights.
• Utilize data to deeply understand user behaviors and needs, helping to optimize product features like search habits and improve taxonomy for better business value.
• Provide detailed, consultative analytics to answer key questions and deliver insight-driven recommendations to product teams.
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance their data capabilities, empowering them to independently access, understand, and analyze data.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in querying large volumes of data using SQL.
• Advanced knowledge of statistics, including experience with A/B testing and hypothesis validation is a must.
• Familiarity with Python scripting and data analysis tools such as data frames, pandas, pyarrow.
• Expertise in data visualization tools like PowerBI, Superset, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating closely with product teams.
• Fluency in English.

Would be a plus

• Understanding of Google Analytics and experience with tracking implementation.
• Knowledge of creating and maintaining data pipelines.
