Global HR Administrator (Intern)
Grid Dynamics is looking for an emerging star HR Intern to join our expanding HR team. This is an exciting time to join our company as we continue our significant growth trend. If you are interested in the HR Administration area, this vacancy will be a perfect fit for you.
Essential functions
- Work with global HR Systems (HCM, Performance, etc.) under mentorship of experienced colleagues in HR: HRIS employee records, HR data quality.
- Maintaining the HR admin process: preparing and signing documents with employees, and checking expiration dates
- Reporting and analytical presentations
- Close work with HR Business Partners, HR Admins, Analytics teams
Qualifications
- Understanding of European labor legislation. Excellent knowledge of labor legislation of at least one country
- 1+ years in HR (HR Admin, HR Analytics, etc.)
- Bachelor in HR Management, Business Administration, International Relations or European Studies, or in Law with a focus on labor law or international law
- Interested in HR technology field
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to quickly learn
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in the English language
- Excel, PowerPoint advanced user
