Delivery Manager - Argentina

Essential functions
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with account Delivery Managers (DMs) and leadership to staff Nearshore demands across the account.
Oversee and manage engineering teams in Nearshore locations, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Lead and execute educational retraining programs for engineers in partnership with Tech Leads and account leadership.
Develop strategies to optimize staffing and project execution while fostering a culture of excellence.
Act as a key point of contact for leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
Qualifications
- What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of management experience, with hands-on expertise in staffing or staff-augmentation projects.
Proven track record in people management, including mentoring and developing engineering talent.
Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
Adaptability to rapid change and ambiguity, with the ability to remain focused under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with individuals and teams at all levels.
