Delivery Manager - Argentina

Essential functions

 What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with account Delivery Managers (DMs) and leadership to staff Nearshore demands across the account.

• Oversee and manage engineering teams in Nearshore locations, ensuring alignment with project goals.

• Lead and execute educational retraining programs for engineers in partnership with Tech Leads and account leadership.

• Develop strategies to optimize staffing and project execution while fostering a culture of excellence.

• Act as a key point of contact for leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.

Qualifications

 - What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of management experience, with hands-on expertise in staffing or staff-augmentation projects.

• Proven track record in people management, including mentoring and developing engineering talent.

• Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.

• Adaptability to rapid change and ambiguity, with the ability to remain focused under tight deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with individuals and teams at all levels.
