Middle Talent Acquisition Specialist

Essential functions

• Search, selection, and communication with candidates

• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

• Developing a recruiting pipeline

• Regular reporting to recruitment lead and hiring managers

• Creation of job descriptions and job advertisements

• Coordination and communication with staffing agencies

• Onboarding and adaptation of newcomers

• Participating in other HR projects (recruiting events, IT conferences, job fairs, etc.)

Qualifications

• Experience in IT company, 2+ years overall

• Thorough understanding of employment and labor laws

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

• Service and delivery approach

• A high level of self-motivation and proactivity is required

• Positive attitude, creativity, integrity, personal maturity, readiness to deal with challenges

• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to navigate through any communication/language gaps or barriers; work productively and professionally with any level of business resources

• Fluent English
