Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Essential functions

• Utilize diverse sourcing techniques and tools to identify and attract candidates with IT expertise, using job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other methods

• Review profiles and resumes, craft personalized outreach messages, and build lasting connections with potential candidates

• Record and manage candidate interactions, progress, and updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Conduct market research and provide insights to support recruitment efforts and capacity planning

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and create effective sourcing strategies

• Ensure a positive candidate experience by coordinating interviews, and assessments, and providing timely and constructive feedback

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting or sourcing, ideally in the information technology field

• Familiarity with IT terminology and roles, with the ability to communicate job requirements effectively

• Creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing and engaging passive candidates

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and team members

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
