Senior Python Engineer for Mobile Apps

Essential functions

• Develop and Execute Tests: Write, run, and maintain a robust suite of automated tests in Python and Kotlin across a diverse set of mobile devices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with TL and other team members to identify and prioritize tests that need to be executed for different Product Areas (PAs).
• Create Test Containers: Design and implement test containers that can be utilized for running tests across multiple PAs.
• Result Analysis: Review test results, identify anomalies, and provide insights for further improvement.
• Benchmark Comparison: Utilize existing benchmarks to compare test results and validate device performance.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, procedures, and results for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and Kotlin with experience in mobile application testing frameworks.
• Proven experience in software engineering and mobile testing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Attention to detail in test execution and documentation.

Would be a plus

• Experience with mobile device testing frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of mobile device performance benchmarks and testing methodologies.
