Senior Quality Engineer (Python)
We are looking for a highly skilled Python Engineer to participate in driving the evolution of our test automation framework based on Python, Selenium, and Appium. In this role, you will lead a small team, enhance the stability and reliability of test automation, and promote best practices across the organization.
Essential functions
Enhance & stabilize the test automation framework to improve reliability and efficiency.
Lead & mentor a small team of engineers, fostering technical growth.
Evangelize the framework across teams, driving adoption and best practices.
Extend & templatize the framework to enable wider scalability and ease of use.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automation strategy and test effectiveness.
Qualifications
Expert proficiency in Python with a deep understanding of test automation frameworks.
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium & Appium for UI and mobile automation.
Proven ability to lead a team and drive technical initiatives.
Experience in framework design, stability improvements, and scalability.
Strong communication and advocacy skills to promote automation adoption.
Would be a plus
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
