ML Architect

Essential functions

• Design and implement scalable architectures for generative AI systems and solutions.
• Ensure integration with existing platforms, tools, and data pipelines to optimize efficiency.
• Oversee the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models tailored to business needs.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable AI solutions.
• Guide and mentor engineers and data scientists on best practices for building and deploying generative AI models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML development, or related roles.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or advanced deep learning frameworks.

• Proven experience in designing scalable architectures for AI/ML solutions.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP

• Advanced proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of overcoming complex challenges in AI/ML projects.

• Expertise in LangChain and frameworks for building applications powered by large language models.

• Hands-on experience with LLM application development, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and tool integrations.

• Proficiency in prompt engineering techniques for optimizing LLM outputs.

• Proficiency in implementing vector databases.
