ML Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Architect to lead a cutting-edge Conversational AI project with a significant impact on customers across 7,000 stores in America.
Essential functions
As a Technical Lead, you will work on the most challenging technical problems and guide a cross-functional team of back-end engineers, ML engineers, QA, and DevOps.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Tech/Team Lead, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience with enterprise-level applications development using Python, strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for Python applications
- Extensive experience in back-end development
- Expertise in deploying and managing applications on GCP (or other cloud providers such as AWS or Azure)
Would be a plus
- Experience working on ML, Search, or Conversational AI projects
- Basic understanding of ML concepts
- Expertise in deploying and managing applications on GCP, understanding of GCP services and tools, ability to design and architect scalable and reliable solutions on GCP, familiarity with GCP's data storage, networking, and security services
- DialogFlow, LLMs
