HR Project Manager, Culture and Engagement
Grid Dynamics is looking for a creative and experienced HR Project Manager, Culture and Engagement to join our expanding HR team. This is an exciting time to join our company as we continue our significant growth trend
Essential functions
Work with the global team on the creation and maintenance of our culture and engagement processes and programs, both globally as well as regionally as we update existing processes and launch new initiatives toward standardizing our people-centric focus
Enhancement and coordination of the existing programs: Annual Awards, Top Contributor, Grid Gazette, Corporate Badges, etc.
Update and maintenance of the onboarding presentations and employee portal
Support in organization and participation in internal events and trainings
Close work with delivery and engineering managers (aka employee engagement, employee retention and recognition)
Employee communication and HR consulting for the organization
Cooperation with HR and Admin team
Qualifications
3+ years of experience with global international Culture and Engagement projects in IT companies
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with change in a highly dynamic environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Service and delivery approach
Fluency in the English and Polish languages
Positive attitude, personal maturity, readiness to deal with challenges
