Essential functions

Positions with language skills require strong grammar and cultural awareness

Experience in content review or a similar environment, prior testing experience preferred

Ability to identify business process solutions that increase efficiencies

Ability to maintain focus and aim for high results through large volumes of tasks

Qualifications

Fluency in the preferred language - English with excellent comprehension, grammar and proofreading skills

Expertise in analyzing large data sets, problem-solving and generating insights that improve user experience

Experience with data-querying (SQL, etc.), and familiarity with a scripting language for data processing and development (e.g., Python).

Experience working with Tableau or other data visualization technologies and the ability to design striking and informative dashboards and reports.

Strong verbal and written communication and presentations skills to naturally explain difficult technical topics for business partners and leaders to comprehend easily.
