Talent Acquisition Specialist

We would like to strengthen our recruitment team and are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts in Belgrade or Novi Sad, Serbia. You will be a part of an international recruitment team sharing common goals and values. Essential functions

  • Manage full cycle of recruitment process for technical positions (Big Data, ML, DS, DevOps);

  • Active search of candidates using different sources and recruitment strategies;

  • Provide regular updates to recruitment lead and hiring manager about the recruitment pipelines, market capacity, availability of candidates, salary ranges, etc;

  • Create job descriptions, manage job posts and requisitions in our ATS;

  • Work with hiring managers and interviewers to streamline the hiring process;

  • Close cooperation with staffing team to identify hiring priorities and adjust recruitment efforts based on them;

  • Participate in different marketing activities (meetups, workshops, conferences), promote Grid Dynamics on the market and in social media, build a pool of warm candidates from events;

  • Keep data accuracy and timely update recruitment tool;

  • Highlight issues/bottlenecks in the recruitment process, create an improvement action plan and put it into action.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as technical recruiter on EU markets is a must;

  • Proven track record of hiring software engineers, QA engineers, DevOps, Big Data engineers of middle and senior level;

  • Growing network and visible activity on LinkedIn profile;

  • Knowledge of EU market specifics, competitors, salaries and market trends;

  • High level of self-motivation and proactivity;

  • Flexibility and multitasking;

  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills;

  • Willingness to dedicate time for self-education;

  • Hands-on experience working with with ATS, recruitments tools, reporting and analytics;

  • Bachelor’s degree;

  • Fluent English is a must.
