Project Manager - Data Engineering Department
This role will be part of the Data Engineering (ADE) department and will provide PM support for engineering projects in support of data analytics, operational efficiency, and/or data research. Project support areas may include Commerce, Wallets Payments Commerce (WPC), and/or Products & Research of the Number #1 global tech company best known for its consumer electronics, software, and services.
Essential functions
The Project Manager will provide PM support for engineering projects in support of data analytics, operational efficiency, and/or data research.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills
Strong communication skills
Experience with data projects
Someone who understands and thinks about data and data analytics.
Able to handle fast paced and ambiguously defined projects with multiple customers and partners
Comfortable switching projects and support areas as needed
Familiarity with big data technology highly preferred
Would be a plus
Familiarity with big data technology highly preferred
Familiarity with using a Mac laptop preferred
