Contact Center Solutions Engineer (Python)
We are seeking a Contact Center Solutions Engineer with expertise in Genesys Cloud to join a high-impact project focused on migrating from on-premise to cloud-based Genesys solutions. The project will require extensive work in designing and implementing omnichannel routing applications, integrating voice services, and enhancing customer interactions through cutting-edge contact center technology. Additionally, you will collaborate with a team to ensure that customer support systems are optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Essential functions
- Development and maintenance of the Contact Center platform solutions
- Delivering best in-class Genesys customer experience solution through the implementation of Genesys Framework
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Development experience using Genesys, Nice, Avaya or other contact center technologies would be preferred.
- Experience with or knowledge of the NICE/Verint Workforce or call recording solutions
- Strong ability to troubleshoot issues in Avaya/Genesys/NICE contact center technology platforms
- Knowledge of Design and Develop Routing Applications for Voice and Multi-Channel
- Having a strong knowledge in SSDLC, Operations with attention to detail around SLA metrics, accountability and operational excellence
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills are considered essential to the position.

- Database knowledge of SQL and Cassandra
