Senior Node.js Engineer
Grid Dynamics is looking for a Senior Node.js Engineer to join or offices in Belgrade or Novi Sad.
Essential functions
- Develop clean, modular, and reusable code
- Innovate and enhance on-site functionality
- Communicate effectively across desks, teams, and departments
- Participate in agile development processes in SDLC, including sprint planning, iterative development, estimations, and design session.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Node.js
- Good knowledge of TypeScript
- Experience with MS Azure Cloud or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with SQL-Databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience with GraphQL APIs
- Solid understanding of client-server architecture principles
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Good communication skills
Would be a plus
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Python
- Understanding of DORA metrics,
- Understanding of continuous integration and deployment
- Knowledge of site reliability engineering practices
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices
- Interest in capacity planning and performance tuning
