Grid Dynamics has devised an eight-phase project lifecycle that takes the customer from an initial business problem, through analysis, planning, development, testing and production deployment. customers can pick and choose these offerings to meet their specific requirements and capabilities. Proven delivery model eliminates surprises
We at Grid Dynamics work hard to create a project plan that will ensure success at the highest level for each of our customers. Each engagement we work on is highly complex and pushes the edge of new technologies so we rely on the expertise and ideas from different project groups and experts on our team. Our entire company stands behind each customer.
A typical project team may include a Client Manager, who is the main point of contact for the customer and who manages each step of the project plan. Working with the Client Manager is a Solutions Architect, whose primary responsibility is to provide technical leadership and guidance at the client site. There will also be several Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with experience in the relevant technologies, as well as behind the scenes a Development Lead (Senior Architect) and supporting engineers.
