Eugene Steinberg is the Chief Technology Officer and Principal Architect at Grid Dynamics. Eugene is responsible for setting the technology and architectural strategy for the firm, worldwide. He also leads internal research projects, consults with customers and partners. Eugene is an expert in distributed high-throughput and low-latency algorithms, applications and systems. His expertise includes many of the commercial middleware tools used in financial services and other industries for grid computing, including GigaSpaces XAP, Oracle Coherence, Gemstone Gemfire, GridGain, Terracotta, Sun Grid Engine, DataSynapse GridServer, Microsoft Windows Compute Cluster Server, and Platform LSF and Symphony.
Eugene holds a Doctorate degree in Mathematics from Saratov State University, Russia.

Max Martynov

Practice Lead, HPC

Max Martynov is the head of HPC practice at Grid Dynamics. He has over seven years of experience with Microsoft technology stack, having delivered a number of mission-critical projects as an Architect, Analyst and Engineer. With his proficiency in .NET ecosystem and extensive knowledge of Java scalability world, Max successfully leads HPC practice at Grid Dynamics, working in close relationship with Microsoft.
Prior to joining Grid Dynamics, Max was primarily engaged in engineering of large-scale enterprise applications based on Microsoft technologies, starting with COM platform and continuing with .NET framework. His professional interests include research in programming languages, software architecture and distributed systems in general.
Max holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Information Technologies from Saratov State University, Russia.

David Naylor

Principal Architect

David Naylor has over 20 years of experience in advanced technology development and in technology company management. Prior to joining Grid Dynamics, he served as CEO at Starthis, Inc a developer of high performance java middleware. Previously, he was an Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Illinois.
David holds a B.A in Physics from Oxford University and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Taylor Gautier

Taylor Gautier has over 15 years of experience as a specialist in large-scale, high-performance computing environments. Prior to joining Grid Dynamics, he served as a product manager and then a key executive for Terracotta, a leading provider of Java clustering software. He remains a technical advisor for the company.
Previously, Taylor worked as a client architect for Access, the largest wireless provider in Japan. He has also been a senior software engineer for Excite@Home, and a software engineer for Intel Corp.
Taylor holds a B.S. in Computer Sciences from the University of California at Davis. |

Stan Klimoff

Stan Klimoff spearheads such projects as a 16,000-node, grid-based implementation for a major Web 2.0 company, employing innovative Semantic Web concepts and advanced visualization techniques. He also led the recent performance testing and tuning of the GigaSpaces 6 XAP in-memory data-grid engine.
Stan's specialties include smart networking, formal methodologies and languages, knowledge bases, and functional programming. Before joining Grid Dynamics, he spent four years as a software engineer at Selectosa Systems, where he led design and development for an online gaming project and its associated Web site.
Stan holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Saratov State University.
